Exposure and New Balance

Dinner Ladies catered for Exposure and New Balance to deliver a five-day immersive corporate hospitality experience at 14 Cavendish Square, London. The event for the 2025 TCS London Marathon designed for brand-led engagement and welcomed over 200 guests, featuring a dynamic program ranging from stakeholder receptions and recovery sessions to summit-style workshops and product showcases. Dinner Ladies delivered a versatile menu of all-day bites, vibrant brunch spreads, curated cold buffets, and street food service. Across the event, guests enjoyed a broad selection of nutrient-rich dishes such as spicy bean protein balls, feta swirls, and vegan granola pots, paired with fresh juices and Jampot’s artisanal coffee. With thoughtful presentation, agile operations, and impeccable coordination, Dinner Ladies brought hospitality excellence to every corner of this high-profile activation.

Place2Be Gala Dinner

Dinner Ladies had the privilege of catering the prestigious Place2Be Gala Dinner held at the iconic Battersea Arts Centre. The evening brought together over 300 guests to raise funds for children’s mental health. From a refined canapé reception featuring British asparagus with wild garlic pesto, to a main of duck breast with boulangère potatoes and a vibrant citrus almond cake finale, every dish was crafted with the freshest seasonal ingredients. The team coordinated all logistics from load-in to derig, managing a 30+ strong service team across a tightly scripted programme. Dinner Ladies helped ensure this second edition of the Arts & Minds Dinner was both impactful and unforgettable.

CASE STUDY 03

Aesop’s Winter Warmer

Aesop’s Winter Warmer - a medieval-inspired staff celebration held at the historic Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell. The event welcomed 300 guests to a multi-room, immersive experience featuring a dramatic 6-metre grazing feast, complete with whole honey-glazed hams, roasted heritage vegetables, baby potatoes, artisan chutneys, cheese and bread. A candlelit spectacle of seasonal produce and edible storytelling. Dessert was served as a theatrical centrepiece: a grand vegan vanilla and blackberry cake on a 120cm table. The night closed with late night fries dished from silver trolleys by roaming staff. The result was a seamless and indulgent celebration that fused culinary creativity with visual drama, all delivered with a polished, professional touch.

Vinted

Dinner Ladies catered for Wonderland Agency to deliver a two-day experiential showcase for Vinted at the boutique hotel The Adria in South Kensington. Designed as a high-end brand activation for press and guests, the event blended curated fashion with elevated catering across both an intimate launch day and a press activation. On Day 1, the Dinner Ladies team hosted a seamless canapé and drinks reception for 60 guests, including media and influencers. A bespoke café bar featured patisseries, cardamom cinnamon buns flower sculpture and a stand out croissant sculpture across the fireplace. Day 2 scaled up the experience for 200 rotating guests in small groups, with continuous café service. From aesthetic food design to efficient staff coordination and discreet service delivery, Dinner Ladies’ contribution elevated the guest journey and brand atmosphere throughout both days.
