APRIL 2026

April has brought the unmistakable feeling that summer is on its way, and with it, a very busy month for our brilliant team.

Our sales team spent some excellent time at the Leading Venues of London & Britain (LVL) Showcase, connecting with so many of the wonderful operators, planners and venues shaping London's events landscape. Back in the kitchen, we had a memorable supperclub led by Essa Fakhry, who brought a Middle Eastern sharing menu to life at Park Village.

Over at St Albans Cathedral, our new summer cafe menu is live and there's ice cream too! Apothecaries' Hall is now officially open for summer, the marquee is up and looking absolutely beautiful in the courtyard, and our BBQ packages are ready and waiting. I would genuinely recommend this venue to anyone planning an alfresco summer celebration with a real sense of occasion.

In amongst all of it, I managed a short birthday trip to Turkey, which was the perfect reset. My favourite bites being Menemen & Lahmacun, a happy reminder of why I fell in love with food and hospitality in the first place.
